I’ve been majorly obsessed with salads lately – a healthy vice, for sure ;). One of my absolute favorites is the Green Goddess Cobb Salad – it’s a low-carb salad that’s absolutely delicious! But it’s not always convenient to hit a drive-through for a salad and it’s definitely NOT an inexpensive lunch. So I decided to try making my own copycat green goddess dressing recipe using FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt to pack a little extra protein into the salad and I was shocked at how easy – and delicious – the recipe is!

I’m also sharing 2 other ways I love to add FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt to breakfast and dessert – it’s a fridge MVP because it’s the creamiest, best-tasting Greek yogurt I’ve ever tried, so it really works for any meal of the day.

Easy Berry Breakfast Smoothie
One of the easiest smoothies I make only has 4 ingredients and is ready in less than a minute! Just combine a handful of mixed frozen berries, a healthy splash of almond milk (or regular milk), a large scoop of FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt, and a dash of honey or agave nectar for added sweetness. Blend and pour and go!

Sweet Crunchy Greek Yogurt Bowl
For a sweet-ish but still-healthy dessert, just combine a big scoop of FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt with a handful of sweet granola and drizzle a bit of honey on top, mix together, and enjoy! The combo has a hint of sweetness without giving you a major sugar-rush.
