No-Bake Baby Ruth Bars Recipe
- Line an 8×11 baking dish with foil. You want the foil to hang over the sides.
- Spray the foil with nonstick spray.
- Line the bottom with graham crackers. Break them to make sure the entire bottom of the dish is covered.
- Add a single layer of mini marshmallows.
- Melt 2 bags of caramel bits in the microwave. Add a tablespoon or two of milk to make the mixture a little more liquified. Pour on top of the marshmallows – they might melt a little but that’s all good. Make sure the caramel reaches down to the graham cracker layer.
- Chop up your Baby Ruth® Fun Size bars (2 bags worth) and add them as a layer on top of the caramel, pressing them into the mixture.
- Melt some white chocolate and drizzle on top.
- Put the entire dish in the fridge (or freezer) to chill. Once it’s solid and chilled, pop it out of the foil and cut into bars.
- Enjoy!
