One of my very best friends had her very first baby today! Even though it’s been a few months, her baby shower was adorable. One of her friends, Erin, hosted the shower at her house and there were so many cute little details that made the day special. Here are the snaps from Lindsay’s baby boy shower.
Cute, neutral “B”s for “boy” were borrowed but would be super easy to make by painting wood letters from Hobby Lobby or Michael’s.
I scribbled a little “gifts” chalkboard to designate the gift area, just in case anyone got confused š
I put together a fresh juice margarita bar; Linz is a total marg-lover when she isn’t pregnant and we had Qdoba cater the shower, so there was Mexican food & drink all around.
We borrowed this super-cute “measure the belly” chalkboard sign, too. This is one of my favorite baby shower games because it’s not too “baby” and it only requires a ball of yarn or twine.
Also, my most favorite baby shower decor of all time – hydrangeas in mason jars. They can double as favors for the shower attendees and are so easy and make a big impact. I order mine wholesale (my favorite vendor is FiftyFlowers.com) and they are always fluffy, fresh and beautiful.
More blue hydrangeas as baby boy shower decor flanking the adorable (and delicious) cake from Liz’s Cake Creations.
Isn’t that cake just amazing?
And one of Lindsay opening her fabulous gifts.
Welcome, baby Cameron! We have been waiting to meet you!
