This St. Patrick’s Day Brunch Board post is sponsored by Walmart – thank you for supporting the brands that support this blog!
You know I love me a good brunch board (as seen here), so I wanted to throw one together for St. Patrick’s Day! Went with a fun rainbow theme but you could also do all green foods for a fun & festive twist. I do these brunch boards for holidays so that my kids can graze for breakfast and it’s just a fun little tradition!

Doing things last minute, per usual, so Walmart saved the day. Walmart Pickup & Delivery is provides the same Walmart Every Day Low Prices as in store, no hidden fees or markups + pickup is always FREE. There is a small delivery fee and a $35 minimum order applies on delivery.
Walmart allows you to choose your preferred item substitution for any item that may not be available AND their personal shoppers will substitute for an equal or better item at no additional cost. Pickup and Delivery available in select markets.

My Rainbow Brunch Board
For a rainbow St. Patrick’s Day Brunch Board, just use items that fit under each color of the rainbow! No worries if you miss a color, really anything goes! I serve this for brunch but it would be a great anytime snack, too! Or add some cheese, meat or nuts to add some protein to make it more of a meal!
Red // watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes
Orange // tangerines, peaches, oranges, cantaloupe
Yellow // pineapple, mango, banana
Green // kiwi, pear, green apple, honeydew
Blue // blueberries, blackberries, grapes, cherries
Pot of Gold // Lucky Charms, gold chocolate coins, or mini marshmallows

I used strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, tangerines, mango, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, strawberry yogurt raisins, and Lucky Charms! Annnnd then Emmy promptly ate every single marshmallow from the Lucky Charms.
What would you put on a St. Patrick’s Day brunch board?
