Summer is almost over and it’s been the best one we’ve had yet! Last summer wasn’t as amazing… I was newly pregnant and feeling like garbage, our much-loved dog, Rocky, had just passed away, and I was still adjusting to SAHM life. It was honestly the worst summer I can remember, so this one has been such a welcomed ray of sunshine (pun intended, ha ha). Now, the kids are a bit older and able to do more, we have a healthy baby girl, a little Porkchop, and I’ve finally hit my stride as a part time SAHM and part time blogger. Life is good! I hope your summer has been a great one as well.
We’re heading on family vacation a trip (any “vacation” with kids is just parenting in a different location) and I wanted to share our summer songs playlist – all kid-friendly since my mine are old enough that I should probably stop listening to 90’s and 2000’s rap around them ;).

And here’s my favorite summer momiform (aka a mom uniform): cutoff denim, simple sandals, a nursing-friendly tank, and the bag I carry when I’m not carrying a diaper bag. The tank is loose enough to fit a baby underneath or there are snaps if you want to unsnap for nursing – it runs big so size down š
