I’ve been making mac & cheese incorrectly for forever (I blame the Kraft box!) – if you follow the Annie’s instructions (which I just read for the first time this week 🤦🏻♀️) you’ll see that the best way is to drain the noodles & while they’re in the strainer, add milk, butter & cheese sauce to the hot saucepan & mix well, THEN add the noodles back in. Voila! No more clumps.
