I’ve had silhouettes of my kids hanging on the wall of our staircase for a few years and I just updated them to include Auggie :).
Wanted to throw all the details about our custom silhouette art into a blog post to answer all the FAQs about them!

Who created the silhouettes?
Le Papier Studio – she creates gorgeous custom silhouette portraits and jewelry.
What size are they?
My previous set was 8x10s but due to space I had to do 5x7s to fit everyone on the same wall.
How are they framed?
I use these frames from Target – they are stunning and so affordable.
The 5×7 portraits we have in these frames (you want the “5×7” size for a 5×7 portrait) // all gallery frames
My 8×10 portraits were in these frames (you want the “8×10” size for an 8×10 portrait) // all gallery frames
How do you get the silhouettes to the company?
It’s super easy – you just take a profile picture of your child(ren) with your cell phone and send them over. You also get a proof before they go to production.
How did you hang them?
Just eyeballed it and nailed them into the wall!
