As the holiday season approaches, the excitement of planning festive family gatherings and creating lasting memories is in full swing. One essential element of the holiday festivities is undoubtedly the cherished family photos that will be treasured for years to come. Choosing the perfect outfits for these snapshots can be a delightful yet daunting task. Taking inspiration from our family photo outfits this year, it’s my hope that our looks will give you some inspiration that will make your family photos shine with warmth, style, and the magic of the season!
Outfit Inspiration for Little Girls
For the little girls, I picked out some sweet swing dresses for toddlers or a simple shirt and skirt with a fun pair of boots. Love the creams, pinks and maroon colors for the girls.
Outfit Inspiration for Big Girls
For the big girls, I went with a simple dress in a solid color and some fun chelsea boots or high-top sneakers. Sticking with the creams, pinks, and maroons for the girls.
Outfit Inspiration for Little Boys
For the little boys, I picked out a good pair of khakis with a long-sleeve henley or quilted pullover with some dressy sneakers or boots. Love the creams and blues for the boys.
Outfit Inspiration for Big Boys
For the big boys, I’m sticking with the khakis and a blue collared shirt and cream or maroon pullover sweater. Pair them with some dressy sneakers or a pair of boots.
Outfit Inspiration for the Men
We went with Faherty Brand for Chris’ outfit this year – He wore the polo in the middle with the khakis on the left (he owns them in 3 colors & rotates for work). I love the blues and creams and khaki tan for guys – really pops for family photos!
Outfit Inspiration for Moms
My exact dress that I wore for family photos this year is old and sold out, but I found all of these that fit the family color scheme of blue and maroon/pink! I love giving mom the extra bold pops of color and the only pattern out of the bunch. Helps to really stand out!
