For running after kids, just pair your overall shorts with some easy sneakers – low profile versus running shoes (think Converse, Keds, Superga) – and any fitted or semi-fitted tee. Add a backpack or diaper bag and you’re ready to run errands or hit the park. Bonus if your little is also wearing shortalls – Quinn has this pair and Emmy is wearing this pair.
